I brought my car here when my 2018 Model X was acting up… I must say, I had a fantastic experience! Let me preface by saying, I don’t know anything about cars. These guys were so helpful. Walked me through everything, and after having compared quotes, not only were they the most competitive, they were the most thorough and informative. They are now my go to technicians for anything I’d need in the future. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone with an electric vehicle. You won’t be disappointed!

OMG! Best customer service, best advice, and extremely fair pricing and FAST service on my dinosaur Tesla Model S! Highly recommend! They fixed my car for 1:10 the price I was quoted from Tesla repair shop!

Had my Tesla towed here on 4/20/26. Got it diagnosed on 4/23 and they said I needed a new drive unit. I Paid 50% for part to be shipped. They installed the drive unit on May 7, but were unable to get the software configured. After weeks of trying to get the software configured, on May 14th, they they determined that the supplier sent the wrong part. They reordered a new unit and had it shipped. After getting the new drive unit installed, they continued to have issues getting the software configured. on June 1st, they reached out and said that they were still having issues, and that they would either need to start charging me extra to get it configured, or they could stop working on it, put in the old unit and I could take it to tesla. I chose to take it to tesla. So, i wasted nearly 7 weeks. for comparison, Tesla had the part on hand and completed the repair in 1 day. EV Parts solutions did refund my deposit for the part less the diagnostic fee.

RJ & David were awesome! Why didn't I know about EVPS earlier? Oh well, better late than never. They were so courteous & educated me with their expertise on the future need for a complete all wheel brake job. While they were in there they addressed concerns I had about loose components. They retorqued & tightened various nuts & bolts. Thank you, EVPS! They're good at providing peace of mind. Anytime I have another concern, I'll go back there. Trying to keep my Model S until I die!
