My Model 3 Tesla at around 52k miles developed a creaking noise from the front wheels when I made a significant turn. I made an appointment with the Tesla Dealership and found out that the control arms and lower compliance/lateral links needed to be addressed (common issue at 50-70k miles) and were not covered under warranty. As a result, I found this Tesla repair shop online that was close to downtown Phoenix. I spoke with a friendly lady who confirmed my appointment online with auto trendz. They were able to take my car the same day I called and they even took pictures and personally showed me underneath my car so I could see the issue with my lower control arms. They also quoted me a reasonable price regarding the cost of the control arms and labor and the estimate matched the final price which included an alignment service at another location. The repair work took a few hours and I didn’t need to leave my car overnight. They updated me by text about the work and after I picked up my car, the creaking noise is completely gone.
